1. What kind of sweatshirts do you offer?

We offer high-quality unisex sweatshirts (hooded, zip-up, or crew neck) available in various sizes from 2XS to 6XL. Each style is designed to be comfortable, durable, and perfect for customization.

2. How does customization work ?

You can choose a sweatshirt from the catalog and customize it directly online:

• By uploading your image or logo

• By entering text, sentences or numbers

• Viewing a live preview before purchasing

The final file is automatically sent to our printing system (Printful) for production.

3. What files can I upload?

We accept high-resolution PNG or JPG images (recommended: 300 DPI). Minimum dimensions: 4200x4800 px for a clear print.

4. How long does it take to receive my sweatshirt ?

• Production: 2–4 business days

• Shipping: 3–7 days in Italy (trackable) You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is shipped.

5. Can I order just one custom sweatshirt ?

Yes, there's no minimum order. You can even buy a single custom sweatshirt.

6. Can I change or cancel an order?

You can change or cancel within 1 hour of confirmation. Once production has started, you can no longer change the design.

7. What happens if the sweatshirt arrives defective or wrong?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We offer a free reprint or a full refund.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

9. Do you offer solutions for companies or events?
